15 mins from the famous beaches of Vila Nova de Milfontes, Almograve, Malhão and Aivados.
The large estate is located close to Vila Nova de Milfontes and next door to the picturesque village of São Luís.
This boutique hotel has a genuine and original atmosphere offering an immersion in the good life and offers modern luxurious accommodation, including a swimming pool, tennis court and beautifully designed communal space for our gatherings and workshops.
Under the expert care of a local chef Bianca Briggs you’ll enjoy a variety of wholesome, locally sourced seasonal Paleo style dishes to delight your taste buds and fuel your body.
Most meals will be served at Naturarte Campo, allowing you to relax and savour every bite in serene surroundings.
On Saturday, lunch will be served at Mermaid Retreat during our hiking excursion, while Sunday dinner will be a special experience at at a local beach front resturant in Vila Nova de Milfontes where we will enjoy an amazing view of the sunset on the beach.

Hi I’m Angie Jenkins. I have nearly three decades of
experience in the nutrition and fitness realm, and have had the privilege of studying with some of the world’s leading strength coaches, nutrition and natural health experts, which has significantly shaped my approach to health and well-being.
Throughout my journey, I’ve accumulated multiple
certifications, but perhaps more importantly, I’ve cultivated a deep appreciation for lifelong education.
My commitment to learning is driven by a personal story - in 2020 I faced my own health challenges, including low thyroid and menopausal symptoms. This led me to deeply study female hormones, metabolism, circadian biology and natural healing,equipping me with the tools to help other women navigate this pivotal stage of life.
After five years of deep research, study, and personal experience, I’m finally ready to share what I’ve learned in a way that’s practical, empowering, and life-changing.
This is why I created the Train Nourish Flourish Wellness Retreat -to provide a practical, empowering, and supportive space where women can reset, reconnect, and reclaim their vitality—without the overwhelm of conflicting health advice.

The two main airports you can fly to are Lisbon & Faro. Natruarte Campo is approximately 2 hours 15 mins from Lisbon's Humberto Delgado Airport and 1 hour 50 mins from Faro Internation Airports.
Airport transfer is not included however we could help with organising car pooling depending on your flight.
Car rental for 6 days in May from Faro or Lisbon Airport is approximately €80 to €110 for a small car.
You can come on the same day in the morning, check in is 16:00.
I can recommend arriving in Portugal a couple of days prior to the retreat start date, depending on your travel origin, to ensure you are well-rested and ready to fully enjoy the experience.
Check-in on the first day is from 16:00, with the retreat starting shortly after. Please be on time to avoid delays. Check-out will be around 11:00 on your final day. Further details will be provided upon booking.
The retreat schedule includes daily movement, workshops, and activity excursions to ensure an incredible experience. However, there will be free time available throughout the retreat. This is where you will book your massage session, lounge by the poolYou will receive the weekly schedule at the beginning of the retreat.
We do not offer refunds of any kind for the retreat deposit. Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing. Should you need to cancel with more than 30 days until the retreat date, you will be refunded 100% of the total amount (less deposit). You can transfer your retreat payment to another person to attend instead of you.
We do not offer refunds or credit for a guest who fails to attend, arrives late, or leaves early.
Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
If we may cancel the retreat date for any reason, you receive a refund of your payment amount to your original payment method.
Organizers are not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
